Pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (MRSA)
With the use of a molecular epidemiological analysis technique (pulsed-field gel electrophoresis),
it is possible to analyze the source and route of hospital-acquired infection with bacteria,
such as methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA).
SRL provides clear electrophoresis images as shown on the right.
SRL’s report includes any link to the target bacteria as requested for,
determined based on the electrophoresis images and phylogenetic trees.
